Benone Guide Camspite Limavady view of cabin and fire pit

Welcome to Benone Guide Campsite

Benone Guide Campsite is situated in a quiet location on Northern Ireland's spectacular Causeway Coastal Route, a stone's throw from the blue flag beach of Benone Strand.

With seven miles of golden sand, a magnificent back drop of mountain with cliff scenery, and stunning views across to Donegal, the area is a fantastic sightseeing environment along with the usual seaside activities including water sports, walking, picnic spots and fishing.

Benone Guide Campsite facilities include a large camping area suitable for 25-30 people, private car park, purpose-built fire pit and outdoor benches with tables. Visitors also have access to electricity via the on site cabin which can be a great back up if the north coast weather takes a turn! The cabin has a kitchen-dining area, meeting room, shower and WC. The campsite is fully accessible.

Entrance to Benone Guide Campsite is via a narrow lane adjoining Seacoast Road. There is a private footway which connects the campsite to Benone Beach in less than fifteen minutes.

Owned by Girlguiding Londonderry County and North West Division, the campsite has charitable status and is maintained by a management committee of volunteers. Girlguiding Londonderry County is a registered Northern Ireland charity, part of Girlguiding Ulster and Girlguiding UK.
